US dairy product shipments will total $122 billion in 2021, according to a study from Freedonia Focus Reports.

‘Dairy Products: United States’ says that advances will be driven by population growth and increasing disposable personal income levels, which will lead to rising demand for US dairy products in domestic and export markets.

The findings also say that shipments of yoghurt, the fastest growing product segment, will benefit from new product introductions and an ongoing consumer trend toward healthy snacks.
