Aurelius, a pan-European investment company, has acquired UK recycler Eco Plastics, for an undisclosed sum. The news comes just days after Eco Plastics' founder and deputy chairman Jonathan Short said that the company was seeking a buyer to provide a "long-term platform for the strategic development of the business".
