Associations add weight to bag argument

The chief executive of the Packaging and Films Association (PAFA) has added its weight to the argument over the planned carrier bag tax in England, saying that industry is "disappointed that disputed figures on litter and miscalculations of carbon impacts had a clear influence on government and public perceptions of the effects of bag taxes".
