RPC M&H Plastics has developed an extrusion blow mould (EBM) technique that allows a brand to add a series of ridges inside the bottle, which creates a straight line or spiral effect inside the mould of bottles.

Bottles treated to the spiral effect can feature either vertical or curved ridges, while the outside of the bottle remains smooth. M&H calls the technology a figurative ‘cement mixer’, providing an enhanced visual aesthetic.

Minimum order quantities can be as low as 10,000 while samples are available in 125ml and 250ml tubulars.
