Irial Finan, a 36-year veteran of the Coca-Cola company, plans to retire from his post
as executive vice president and president of Bottling Investments Group of the Coca-
Cola company.

Calin Dragan, who currently serves as regional director, will take over when he retires
next March.

Chief exeutive chief executive James Quincey, said: “I want to thank Irial for his
leadership and dedicated service to our global Coca-Cola system over the last 36
years. All of us at Coca-Cola join in wishing Irial, his wife, Deirdre, and his
daughters, Ciara and Röisïn, great success in their future plans.”
