A shift to high-margin specialty products has helped chemicals giant Clariant to improve its operating cash flow in the first half of 2016 to CHF 208 million (US$211m), up from CHF 65m ($66m) the year previous. The Swiss company also cites the impact of changes in its Plastics & Coatings division, which it established a separate subsidiary for in January.
